Iconic Results is seeking a senior-level Systems Architect to design and manage a sophisticated revenue operations ecosystem. You will move beyond basic funnel building to architect high-volume CRM integrations, AI-powered automations, and complex telephony systems that drive massive lead conversion.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize CRM architecture and workflow automation within GoHighLevel
• Develop and implement AI-powered follow-up systems and lead qualification processes
• Integrate external platforms using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make.com
• Configure and manage telephony systems, including Twilio and call routing workflows
• Build and optimize funnels to improve conversion rates across the customer journey
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting systems for operational visibility
• Manage lead routing, pipeline stages, and lifecycle automation
• Support outbound call center operations and system performance
• Ensure compliance with TCPA, DNC, and consent tracking requirements
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue performance

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or equivalent CRM/automation platforms)
• Strong expertise in CRM architecture and workflow automation
• Experience with AI automations and conversational AI tools
• Proficiency with Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and webhooks
• Experience with Twilio and telephony integrations
• Strong understanding of funnel building and conversion optimization
• Experience creating reporting dashboards and tracking KPIs
• Familiarity with outbound call center environments and lead management systems
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements (TCPA, DNC, consent tracking)
• Preferred: Experience in Debt Settlement, Mortgage, or Financial Services industries
• Preferred: Background in high-volume lead generation environments
