Our client is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generator & Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the business’s growth, identifying targeted leads for website design and automation services. You will be responsible for the initial outreach, qualifying prospects to ensure they are deposit-ready, and securing appointments.

Note: This is a Part-Time engagement with potential to transition to Full-Time based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate targeted leads for website design and automation services
- Perform high-volume outbound calling to follow up with potential prospects
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet deposit-ready criteria and business standards
- Manage schedules and book appointments directly on the company calendar
- Nurture relationships through consistent and professional follow-up communication
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of automation and design services
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and status updates
- Facilitate the direct handover of interested clients to the business owner
Requirements
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales roles
- Strong ability to engage prospects and handle initial objections effectively
- Highly organized and detail-oriented for managing lead pipelines
- Professional demeanor when representing the business on all calls
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on meeting and exceeding appointment targets
