Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled WordPress Website Administrator to support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of our company website. This role involves managing website updates, maintaining integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the website remains functional, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong WordPress experience, understands API integrations, and can work independently while collaborating closely with the business owner.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website to ensure accurate and up-to-date tourism content
- Manage API connections and third-party integrations that support bookings and website traffic functionality
- Implement website content updates aligned with marketing campaigns and partner promotions
- Monitor website performance, functionality, and uptime to minimize disruptions
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure website optimization for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and search visibility
- Coordinate directly with the business owner regarding website priorities and updates
- Perform regular website maintenance, plugin updates, and basic security checks
- Support ongoing improvements to website structure, usability, and performance
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites
- Strong understanding of API integrations and basic web development principles
- Experience troubleshooting website and plugin-related issues
- Ability to manage priorities and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in WordPress website administration or similar roles
Nice to have
- Experience working with tourism, hospitality, or booking-based websites
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools
