Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to support ongoing website and marketing design initiatives. This role focuses on improving user experience, optimizing conversion flows, and enhancing the overall visual presentation of digital assets. You will work closely with a small, fast-moving team to refine landing pages, improve user journeys, and support marketing campaigns through thoughtful and data-driven design. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who can balance creativity with performance-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize website pages, landing pages, and funnels for better user experience and conversions
• Improve user journeys across key touchpoints (lead capture, inquiries, booking flows)
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features or improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to align design with campaign goals
• Audit existing pages and recommend UX/UI improvements
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and consistency across devices
• Maintain design consistency across branding, typography, and visual elements
• Support light graphic design needs when needed (banners, sections, assets)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design (landing pages, funnels, CTAs)
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Basic understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and A/B testing
• Ability to translate business goals into intuitive design solutions
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience supporting marketing or real estate-related businesses is a plus
