Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive B2B Appointment Setter to engage new businesses. The primary focus is to conduct discovery conversations, identify payment processing needs, and secure qualified appointments for system demonstrations.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with a 30-minute paid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to new businesses using provided prospect lists and calling software.
- Perform initial discovery to identify payment processing needs for various establishments (retail, restaurants, etc.).
- Set qualified appointments for pricing discussions and system demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes within the CRM.
- Provide regular reports on contact attempts, lead quality, and results to management.
- Follow up with prospects via email to provide additional information.
- Work toward performance-based targets and appointment-setting results.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of recent experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
- Professional English communication skills
- Ability to engage in meaningful business conversations beyond a script.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and call management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work during US business hours.
