B2B Appointment Setter

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive B2B Appointment Setter to engage new businesses. The primary focus is to conduct discovery conversations, identify payment processing needs, and secure qualified appointments for system demonstrations.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with a 30-minute paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to new businesses using provided prospect lists and calling software.
  • Perform initial discovery to identify payment processing needs for various establishments (retail, restaurants, etc.).
  • Set qualified appointments for pricing discussions and system demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes within the CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on contact attempts, lead quality, and results to management.
  • Follow up with prospects via email to provide additional information.
  • Work toward performance-based targets and appointment-setting results.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recent experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Ability to engage in meaningful business conversations beyond a script.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and call management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Availability to work during US business hours.
