Appointment Setter
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers to support our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and sales requirements
- Schedule and confirm appointments between prospects and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the provided CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment attendance
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets

- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems
