About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers to support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and sales requirements
  • Schedule and confirm appointments between prospects and the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the provided CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment attendance
  • Contribute to meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
