Operations/POS System Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist with proven expertise in Lightspeed point-of-sale systems to join our Food & Beverages business.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Lightspeed POS system, ensuring smooth daily operations and maximizing the efficiency of our payment and inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Lightspeed POS systems to meet operational needs
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POS-related issues
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting
- Optimize workflows and processes using Lightspeed features
- Train staff on system usage and best practices
- Generate reports and analytics to support business decisions

- Proven experience with Lightspeed POS systems
- Strong understanding of food & beverage operations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
