Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter or Mechanical Engineer to create precise technical drawings of industrial wheels based on physical measurement and specifications. You will work with provided samples to develop accurate manufacturing drawings suitable for production purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze physical wheel components (industrial wheels, forklift wheels, and sweeper wheels)
• Create detailed technical drawings and CAD models from measurements
• Develop manufacturing-ready documentation and specifications
• Ensure drawings meet industry standards and manufacturing requirements
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding design specifications and feasibility

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
• Experience with mechanical drawing and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
• Ability to work from physical samples and measurements
• Attention to detail and precision
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and components preferred
