Sales Development Representative – Outbound

We are seeking a confident and driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactive outbound calling to establish connections with qualified prospects and advance them through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects from our established database
• Qualify leads and assess fit for our solutions
• Build rapport and establish initial relationships with decision-makers
• Close deals and convert prospects into customers
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes
• Meet or exceed call and conversion targets
