About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers within the target market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and professional service delivery
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or similar sales role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
