Scheduling & Bookkeeping Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling & Bookkeeping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing scheduling operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting billing processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain scheduling systems to optimize resource allocation and client/customer appointments
- Perform bookkeeping duties including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial record maintenance
- Process and manage billing activities, invoices, and payment tracking
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial and scheduling documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks to support overall business operations
- Coordinate with team members across departments as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, scheduling, or similar administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling software and accounting/bookkeeping tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
