About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling & Bookkeeping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing scheduling operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting billing processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain scheduling systems to optimize resource allocation and client/customer appointments
  • Perform bookkeeping duties including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial record maintenance
  • Process and manage billing activities, invoices, and payment tracking
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial and scheduling documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support overall business operations
  • Coordinate with team members across departments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, scheduling, or similar administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and accounting/bookkeeping tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
