Graphic Designer (Adobe Creative Suite)

Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, fast-paced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to take ownership of all visual output across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring all design work is on-brand, high quality and delivered quickly to support the needs of ecommerce, sales, marketing, product and customer teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how the brand is presented across digital and physical channels.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms, ensuring all visual output is consistent, professional, and aligned with established guidelines.
  • Develop innovative creative concepts and high-quality graphics for digital, print, and product-related materials to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Design high-performing assets for Shopify, Amazon, and other ecommerce platforms, including banners, adverts, and SEO-optimized visual content.
  • Produce engaging social media graphics and campaign visuals, collaborating with marketing teams to improve conversion rates through strategic design.
  • Create accurate product imagery, datasheets, instruction manuals, and packaging artwork, ensuring precision in all diagrams and labels.
  • Support new product launches by developing complete visual asset packs and promotional materials to ensure a cohesive market entry.
  • Respond quickly to internal design requests across departments, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict business deadlines.
  • Support photography, video production, and image optimization to enhance visual storytelling and brand promotion across various media.
  • Maintain organized libraries of design files and templates, ensuring version control and easy accessibility of brand materials across the business.
  • Work efficiently with project management and content tools to streamline design requests and maintain high internal stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand consistency and creative ability (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating digital and print assets
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

Desirable

  • Experience with ecommerce design (Shopify, Amazon, product listings)
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills
  • Photography and image editing experience
  • Understanding of UX/UI and conversion-focused design
  • Experience in B2B or product-based businesses
