Job Overview
Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Content & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence of a brand within the parenting and baby product space. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content that connects with families, fostering an active online community, and driving organic growth through high-quality visual storytelling and SEO-optimized content. This position requires an individual who can work independently and maintain a consistent, high-energy brand voice across multiple platforms.

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM Central Time (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with parents and caregivers of young children.
- Platform Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and occasional videos across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in real time to foster active community interaction.
- SEO & Blogging: Write monthly blogs optimized for SEO to rank for relevant keywords and drive organic traffic.
- Analytics: Provide detailed performance reports on engagement, click-through rates, and audience growth metrics.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a regular posting schedule and ensure brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally in the parenting or baby product sector.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to design visually appealing content using AI tools and raw assets.
- Experience with community engagement tactics, including influencer outreach and group participation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results within agreed timelines.
- High level of attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.

- Engage with online communities and influencers to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the client to align content with brand voice and business goals.
- Source or create visual assets, including lifestyle images and video content.
