About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing wholesale real estate team. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-quality leads through various outbound and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Research and scrape relevant data from online sources to build prospect lists
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta
  • Develop and implement lead acquisition strategies to drive business growth
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain detailed records of all interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of data research and scraping techniques
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and/or Meta preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus

Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday or Tuesday- Saturday Between 9am-7pm pacific time. Any 8 hours between those times.
