We are seeking an experienced Business Development Setter to join our dynamic team and help drive client acquisition for an exciting new program launching this summer.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Setter, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments with potential clients. You will be the first point of contact in our sales pipeline, utilizing your communication skills and business acumen to identify and qualify prospects who would be a great fit for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and communications to prospect potential clients
  • Qualify leads and schedule consultations with decision makers
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams to support business growth
  • Research and identify potential client prospects within target markets

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Setter or similar lead generation role
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets
