Job Overview

Our client is looking for a driven Outbound Appointment Setter to join their remote team. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting and appointment generation for the front-end sales operations, serving as the first point of contact for prospective leads.

Schedule

• onday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST/PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across multiple North American time zones.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers on behalf of the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine call scripts and improve conversion rates to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide regular progress updates and pipeline reports to management.
• Drive performance through established KPIs and targets set by the client.
• Engage in growth opportunities as the company scales its remote workforce.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound appointment setting.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
• High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and committed to maintaining consistent attendance and productivity.
