About the Role

As a Cold Calling Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective clients via telephone to generate leads and drive sales conversations. You will work towards targets while building relationships with potential customers and presenting our solutions in a compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects to identify sales opportunities
• Present products or services in a persuasive and professional manner
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to understand customer needs
• Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and KPIs
• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture relationships
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to the team
