Position: Integration Specialist - Inventory & Accounting Systems

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team and support the seamless integration and optimization of our business management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and maintain integrations between inventory management and accounting platforms
  • Troubleshoot system connectivity issues and resolve data synchronization problems
  • Provide technical support to internal teams on system functionality and best practices
  • Document integration workflows and create standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and improvements
  • Monitor system performance and report on integration health metrics

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience integrating inventory management systems with accounting software
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant platforms and integration tools
  • Experience with API connections and data mapping
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or wholesale environments
  • Familiarity with automation workflows
  • Project management experience
