Position: Integration Specialist - Inventory & Accounting Systems
We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team and support the seamless integration and optimization of our business management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and maintain integrations between inventory management and accounting platforms
- Troubleshoot system connectivity issues and resolve data synchronization problems
- Provide technical support to internal teams on system functionality and best practices
- Document integration workflows and create standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and improvements
- Monitor system performance and report on integration health metrics
Required Experience:
- Proven experience integrating inventory management systems with accounting software
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant platforms and integration tools
- Experience with API connections and data mapping
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or wholesale environments
- Familiarity with automation workflows
