Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to support their Ontario-based operations. This role focuses on tenant communications, property compliance, and fundamental financial record-keeping to ensure seamless integration into existing management workflows.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all remote property communications, notices, and letters.
  • Execute and track rental increase notices for all properties in compliance with Ontario regulations.
  • Draft and send maintenance-related notices of entry.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping using Propra software.
  • Handle social media updates and community engagement.
  • Support property operations with a potential transition to full-time status.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in property management and administrative support.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and software competency.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills for tenant relations.
