Bookkeeper
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial operations for a growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide critical support to a small, professional services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple bank accounts and credit card reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Handle general bookkeeping duties including invoicing and payment processing
Required Qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple financial accounts
- Familiarity with professional services or healthcare bookkeeping
- QuickBooks proficiency
