Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial operations for a growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide critical support to a small, professional services organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple bank accounts and credit card reconciliations
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
  • Handle general bookkeeping duties including invoicing and payment processing

Required Qualifications

  • Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple financial accounts
  • Familiarity with professional services or healthcare bookkeeping
  • QuickBooks proficiency
