With a consistent pipeline of work, the business is seeking a reliable AutoCAD Draftsperson to support ongoing project delivery through accurate and efficient technical drafting. This role is essential for ensuring the continued success and precision of their refurbishment projects.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, (Flexible during Melbourne, VIC business hours), 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate AutoCAD drawings for residential bathroom refurbishment projects
• Interpret project briefs and convert them into detailed technical drafts
• Manage a high volume of drafting tasks across approximately 50 to 80 projects annually
• Ensure all drawings meet required standards before submission for client-side quality review
• Maintain organized file management and proper version control across multiple active projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders as needed to ensure drafting accuracy and project consistency
• Support ongoing project delivery with timely completion of drafting requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably within residential construction or refurbishment
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant drafting and technical drawing work
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
