We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in the Financial Services industry. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce instance, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our business users across the organization. This is a hands-on position where you will directly impact our operational efficiency and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, security, and access controls
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features and functionality
  • Monitor system performance and implement process improvements
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Manage data quality and conduct regular audits
  • Document processes and create user guides
  • Support system upgrades and new feature implementations
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems as needed

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Experience with user management and system security
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Salesforce certification is preferred
