Salesforce Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in the Financial Services industry. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce instance, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our business users across the organization. This is a hands-on position where you will directly impact our operational efficiency and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, security, and access controls
- Configure and maintain Salesforce features and functionality
- Monitor system performance and implement process improvements
- Provide technical support to end users
- Manage data quality and conduct regular audits
- Document processes and create user guides
- Support system upgrades and new feature implementations
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience with user management and system security
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Salesforce certification is preferred
