Outbound Call Center Representative

We are seeking experienced and motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation and qualifying potential clients through professional phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads using provided scripts and guidelines
• Qualify leads and assess their interest and fit for our services
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
• Transfer qualified leads to appropriate departments or managers
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and performance metrics
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Follow company policies and compliance requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
