Zoho Books Reconciliation & Data Entry Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Zoho Books Reconciliation & Data Entry Specialist to join our accounting operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing reconciliation tasks and manual data entry within our Zoho Books accounting system to ensure accuracy and compliance with our financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bank and account reconciliations in Zoho Books
- Execute manual data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Verify transaction records and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records
- Maintain organized documentation and audit trails
- Support month-end and period-end closing procedures
- Communicate findings and status updates to the accounting team
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy standards
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account management
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
