Medical Intake Nurse

We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Intake Nurses to join our growing telehealth platform. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and professional experience during their virtual visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally as they enter virtual appointments
• Verify patient identity and confirm personal information including address and contact details
• Review and process necessary documentation prior to provider consultation
• Ensure all patient intake information is accurate and complete
• Facilitate smooth transitions between intake and provider consultations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Document interactions accurately in patient management systems

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license (state-specific requirements)
• Experience in patient care or clinical settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a virtual/remote environment
• Proficiency with technology and patient management systems
