About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Administrator to set up and manage financial accounting systems for a small business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in QuickBooks who can take ownership of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure QuickBooks accounting software for optimal use
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records
  • Maintain chart of accounts and ensure proper account coding
  • Process transactions and reconcile accounts on a regular basis
  • Generate financial reports and reconciliations
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate record keeping
  • Troubleshoot QuickBooks issues and implement solutions

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience setting up and managing QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with small business accounting preferred
  • Proficiency with financial data and reporting
