QuickBooks Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Administrator to set up and manage financial accounting systems for a small business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in QuickBooks who can take ownership of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure QuickBooks accounting software for optimal use
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records
- Maintain chart of accounts and ensure proper account coding
- Process transactions and reconcile accounts on a regular basis
- Generate financial reports and reconciliations
- Ensure data integrity and accurate record keeping
- Troubleshoot QuickBooks issues and implement solutions
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience setting up and managing QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with small business accounting preferred
- Proficiency with financial data and reporting
