QuickBooks Support and Training Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable QuickBooks Support and Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and tutoring to help users navigate QuickBooks functionality and resolve accounting software-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one training and tutoring sessions on QuickBooks software
• Answer technical questions and troubleshoot issues within QuickBooks
• Guide users through QuickBooks features and best practices
• Support multiple QuickBooks versions and modules as needed
• Help users optimize their accounting processes using QuickBooks

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
