QuickBooks Support and Training Specialist
We are seeking a knowledgeable QuickBooks Support and Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and tutoring to help users navigate QuickBooks functionality and resolve accounting software-related questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one training and tutoring sessions on QuickBooks software
- Answer technical questions and troubleshoot issues within QuickBooks
- Guide users through QuickBooks features and best practices
- Support multiple QuickBooks versions and modules as needed
- Help users optimize their accounting processes using QuickBooks
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
