Shopify Website Support – Product Uploads & Launches

We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer or Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. This is a task-based role ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing product content on Shopify platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload new products to our Shopify website including product codes, descriptions, features, pricing information, product renders, and associated order forms
• Create product specification sheets from technical line drawings using design tools such as Affinity Designer or similar software
• Update and refresh hero images and product visuals as new photography becomes available
• Build and launch landing pages for new product promotions and campaigns
• Ensure all product pages maintain accuracy, visual appeal, and consistency with brand guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and uploading products on Shopify platforms
• Comfortable working with visual content and basic design software
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in task execution
• Ability to work effectively with provided materials and guidelines
• Strong attention to accuracy and quality assurance
