About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media and Website Manager to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our social media platforms and website to drive engagement, build brand presence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage website content, updates, and product information
  • Track social media analytics and website performance metrics
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers and engagement
  • Collaborate with team members to align content with business objectives
  • Research trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Basic website management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creative mindset with attention to visual aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or retail sectors
  • Knowledge of content creation tools and design software
  • Understanding of SEO basics

Position Details
