We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction & Commercial Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key operational role that will support the smooth functioning of our business across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage inbox and calendar scheduling
- Maintain document control and file organization systems
- Track and manage client enquiries through to resolution
- Coordinate workflows and cross-departmental communication
Estimating & Costing
- Assist with quantity take-offs and material assessments
- Compare and organize supplier quotations
- Maintain and update trade rate sheets
- Prepare cost schedules and budget documentation
Design & Content Management
- Create branded social media content and posts
- Manage digital design templates and visual assets
- Schedule and coordinate content distribution
- Maintain consistent visual branding across platforms
Operations & Team Coordination
- Assist in coordinating team activities and task assignments
- Support quality control processes and documentation
- Help ensure continuity of operations and coverage
- Support process development and workflow optimization
Required Experience:
- Background in construction, design, or related industries
- Experience with administrative and operational coordination
- Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with estimating software or quantity take-offs
- Social media management and content creation experience
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
- Knowledge of construction industry workflows
