Work Schedule:
- Part-time role: 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Pacific)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from the website to ensure timely follow-up and client conversion
- Answer phone calls professionally and serve as the primary point of contact when the business owner is unavailable
- Monitor and reply to emails, maintaining clear and prompt communication with prospective and existing clients
- Post and manage job listings on platforms such as Indeed to support hiring efforts
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., website developer) to relay updates and requests
- Maintain organized records of client inquiries, communications, and scheduling
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and follow-through on tasks
- Professional and friendly phone manner
Scope:
- Serve as the frontline representative for all client-facing communications
- Support the business owner in day-to-day operations to ensure continuity during periods of unavailability
- Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed
- Proactively manage lead response workflows to prevent missed opportunities
