Our client is seeking a proactive Roofing Insurance Claims Coordinator (Cold Caller) to support both lead generation and insurance claim coordination. This role combines outbound appointment setting and administrative claims follow-up, ensuring homeowners are qualified for inspections while ongoing insurance processes move forward efficiently and without delays.

Client Overview

A growing U.S.-based roofing company focused on helping homeowners navigate roof replacement and insurance claim processes. The company emphasizes strong customer communication, efficient claims follow-up, and high-quality inspection services to maximize project success.

Schedule 

  • Mondays to Fridays, fixed schedule—can be defined together with the client (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Appointment Setting & Lead Generation
    • Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners to offer free roof inspections
    • Qualify leads based on roof age, condition, and eligibility criteria
    • Schedule appointments for roofing inspectors and sales teams
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-up actions
    • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication throughout the process
  • Claims Administration & Insurance Follow-Up
    • Communicate with insurance companies to obtain updates on claim status and estimates
    • Follow up on supplements, Completion of Certificates (COC), and pending approvals
    • Ensure all required documentation has been received and processed correctly
    • Monitor payment status and released funds for completed projects
    • Maintain organized tracking of all claims-related communication and updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or cold calling
  • Availability during EST business hours; MUST BE BASED IN OR NEAR THE CLIENT'S TIMEZONE (EST) FOR WORK SCHEDULE ALIGNMENT
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume call environment
  • Close attention to detail when tracking claims and documentation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S.-based insurance claims or roofing companies
  • Familiarity with supplement follow-ups and claims processing
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead tracking tools
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Ability to manage both sales outreach and administrative workflows simultaneously
