Social Media and E-commerce Manager

Join a growing private therapy practice making a massive impact! We provide life-changing occupational and speech/language therapy services while developing premier educational resources for teachers, therapists, and parents.

We are looking for a proactive, high-level Social Media Manager to take the reins of our digital presence. This isn't just about posting—it's about growth, strategy, and data-driven results. If you are an experienced professional who thrives with minimal hand-holding and loves seeing the direct impact of your work, we want to meet you.

Schedule

  • Flexible Scheduling; 20hrs a week

Core Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and management of content across Instagram and Facebook. You will be expected to "activate" our presence, moving beyond basic posts to high-engagement strategies.
  • Paid Meta Campaigns: Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertisements within Meta to drive traffic to both our services and products.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Translate data into action. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive reports from Meta results to guide our marketing spend and content direction.
  • E-commerce Management: Manage our storefronts and product listings across Etsy, Printify, and Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT). This includes uploading and advertising new products on a weekly basis.
  • Website Maintenance: Act as the primary lead for our WordPress site, ensuring it is updated, maintained, and optimized for our latest offerings.
  • Content Production: Utilize our existing library of photos and videos to create polished, high-converting social media assets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Platform Mastery: Highly proficient in META (Business Suite/Ads Manager), Etsy, Printify, WordPress, and Teachers Pay Teachers.
  • Proven Experience: You are an experienced Social Media Manager with a portfolio of growing brands and managing paid ad spend effectively.
  • Analytical Mindset: You don't just see "likes"—you understand ROI, conversion rates, and how to report these metrics to leadership.
  • High Proactivity: We are looking for a "self-starter" in the truest sense. You identify needs before they become problems and suggest improvements without being prompted.
  • Minimal Training Needed: You should be ready to hit the ground running on day one with our core tech stack.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong brand voice consistency and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with company leadership.

Role Scope & Benefits

  • Time Commitment: Part-time starting at 20 hours per week minimum, with a clear path to scale to Full-Time as the business grows.
  • Flexibility: 100% Remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling.
  • Stability: This is a long-term role intended for someone who wants to grow alongside a mission-driven company.
  • Direct Impact: You will work in direct collaboration with company leadership, with full access to existing brand assets and creative materials.
