Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vacation Rental Management Support Agent to spearhead administrative operations for our expanding short-term rental business. This pivotal role ensures seamless guest experiences and streamlined workflows across diverse booking platforms. The ideal candidate brings a robust clerical background and the agility to master multitasking in a high-energy environment. Your expertise will be the backbone of our daily operations, directly impacting our growth and service excellence.
Schedule:
- Friday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM USA Eastern Time (Target Start Date: May 29th)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests across various booking and rental platforms.
- Provide professional phone support to address guest inquiries and operational needs.
- Assist with financial administration, including the preparation and processing of invoices.
- Manage the delivery and tracking of client contracts to ensure timely execution.
- Set up and maintain property listings across multiple short-term rental platforms.
- Monitor guest communications and engagement to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks to maintain business continuity across different working hours.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all property data and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a high-level administrative/clerical role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional guest relations.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
- Comfortable providing occasional phone-based support and handling client-facing discussions.
- High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com).
- Proficiency in digital contract management and invoicing tools.
