Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly structured and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a premier, US-based IT Consulting and Managed Service Provider (MSP). Operating since 1995, this firm serves as an outsourced CIO for mid-sized enterprises (50–3,500 employees), primarily within the healthcare sector. This is a full-time, remote position designed for a professional who excels at granular task tracking and technical delivery.
The Project Manager will act as the organizational backbone for high-impact projects. The primary focus is assisting technical staff in tracking the "small tasks"—the granular details that ensure larger deliverables are met on time. This role requires a "task-master" mentality, combining technical understanding with rigid project discipline to manage client onboarding, critical path scheduling, and validation processes.
Client Overview
The client is an established leader in the IT services industry with a distributed team spanning the United States and an overseas development arm. They specialize in a comprehensive, flat-rate managed services model, taking full ownership of their clients' IT infrastructure. With approximately 70% of their client base in healthcare, they maintain a high standard for compliance, security, and operational excellence.
