Join our client in this critical, remote role focused on streamlining our financial records and tackling a vital data backlog. Working directly with the business owner, you will leverage your Sage 100 expertise to ensure precise job costing and seamless system reconciliation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking for a consistent, part-time schedule with the potential to scale up based on performance.

- Monday - Friday, 9 am - 1 pm | Mountain Time
Responsibilities
- Enter indirect costs, vendor invoices, and credit card transactions into Sage 100 Contractor accurately and on schedule
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring all cost entries are complete and properly categorized
- Reconcile data between Service Titan and Sage 100 Contractor to maintain consistency across systems
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records at the job cost level
- Flag discrepancies or unusual entries for review by the business owner before they escalate into larger issues
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor with 2–5 years of hands-on experience
- Solid accounting background with an understanding of job costing, indirect costs, and general ledger entries
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
