Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dedicated Financial Analyst to collect and analyze financial information and documentation. This role involves verifying financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with grant requirements, preparing detailed reports, and liaising with clients to maintain high standards of financial documentation.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT), with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze financial information and documentation from clients.
- Verify financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with grant requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed financial reports and grant applications.
- Liaise with clients to gather additional information and clarify financial details as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Stay updated on Australia government grant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of grant applications to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Xero, including setup, daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting; experience supporting Australian-based entities or clients strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of government grant processes and regulations is a plus.
