Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to provide back-end operational support for a niche, survey-based personalized skincare brand. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the founders to execute e-commerce and email marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless and improved online shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and monitoring analytics to help inform critical business decisions.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring all products are accurately updated and displayed
• Build and manage promotional email campaigns and customer engagement flows using Klaviyo
• Gather and organize product images and descriptions to maintain a cohesive and professional storefront
• Monitor website analytics, customer feedback, and transaction data to support continuous improvement
• Process invoices, refunds, and other related financial tasks as required
• Support the development and implementation of promotional plans for e-commerce campaigns

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar online retail support role
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and e-commerce store management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across digital channels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written communication skills

Scope:

• Part-time role at 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM EST
