Outbound Sales Development Representative

Role Overview
The Outbound Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts. This role is focused on pipeline generation.

The Outbound Sales Development Representative will initiate contact with decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team. This is a high-performance role suited to someone resilient, target-driven, and confident engaging C-level and senior executives. We’re seeking quick-thinking, high-energy, adaptable individuals with bold, direct personalities who thrive in sales and confidently drive results.

Work Schedule: Flexible within client's business hours | EMEA Time 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research and identify target accounts within specified industries and geographic regions.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach sequences via CRM tools.
  • Qualification: Evaluate prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) criteria.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm discovery meetings for Sales Agents.
  • Data Management: Maintain real-time accuracy of all outreach activities and lead statuses within the CRM.
  • KPI Achievement: Consistently meet daily activity targets (calls/emails) and monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of documented success in outbound sales, BDR, or telemarketing roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to engage SMEs and mid-market decision-makers in international markets (US, UK, Australia, or Middle East).
  • Environment: Demonstrated ability to remain self-motivated and organized in a fully remote, target-driven setup.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or offshore services

  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Experience targeting SMEs and mid-market decision-makers

  • Exposure to international markets (Middle-East, US, UK, Australia)
