2 Phone support CSR - Monday to Saturday 7:30 am to 2 PM, 6.5 hrs per day, 6 days a week, 39 hrs per week

Our client is seeking friendly, resourceful Customer Service Representatives to provide fast, helpful support by phone, email, and chat. You’ll assist customers with queries, cancelation, and rescheduling, while helping maintain high service standards.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Voice Support Agent, Customer Service Representative, or similar phone-based support role
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Experience handling email and chat support is an advantage, but phone support experience is the primary requirement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer support environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to document customer interactions accurately
Reliable, customer-focused, and able to maintain professionalism in all communications
Requirements
1–2 years of customer service or call center experience (voice support required)
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
Has experience with Zendesk
Familiar with Freshdesk, HubSpot Service, or similar platforms
Experience with or willingness to learn Zenoti
Reliable internet, noise-cancelling headset, distraction-free workspace
Positive attitude and passion for great customer service

We are looking for someone with strong phone support experience who can confidently communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service. While experience in email and chat support is a plus, this role is primarily focused on voice support, so exceptional communication skills and confidence in handling calls are essential.
