We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller (B2B Lead Generation) to conduct outbound cold calling and qualify leads for a marketing agency serving the legal industry. The role involves working through an existing pipeline of prospects to generate appointments for the sales team. This position offers an opportunity to work with an established lead list and contribute directly to business growth.

Client Overview:

Our client is a marketing agency specializing in services for personal injury lawyers. They are expanding their sales team to scale lead generation efforts.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule based on the client’s business hours (US Pacific Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects from a provided lead list.
• Qualify leads through phone conversations based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all lead interactions.
• Meet daily and weekly call activity and appointment-setting targets.

Must Have Requirements:

• Experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
• Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting.
• Excellent communication skills and phone presence.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with CRM or lead tracking systems.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Previous experience working with marketing agencies or in the legal services industry.
• B2B sales experience with full sales cycle closing capabilities.
