Cold Caller - Sales Lead Generation
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our Sales Lead Generation team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs and pain points
- Schedule appointments and meetings between prospects and sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and appointment booking goals
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller or similar sales development role
- Track record of successfully setting appointments and generating qualified leads
- Strong knowledge of Google Local Services Ads or similar advertising platforms
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
What We're Looking For:
A results-driven individual with a passion for sales and lead generation. You should be comfortable making 50+ calls per day, building rapport quickly, and converting conversations into scheduled meetings. Experience in the digital marketing or services industry is a plus.
