In this role, you will book high-value appointments, directly helping the sales team connect with key decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls using company-provided lead lists
  • Introduce company services and communicate value propositions clearly
  • Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
  • Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team
  • Maintain professional and engaging communication during all outreach activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach messaging and scripts
  • Share prospect feedback and objections to support campaign optimization
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and outreach targets
  • Represent the company professionally during all client interactions

Requirements

  • Strong verbal English communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain persistence
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
