Overview:
We provide top-tier, professional house and commercial cleaning services nationwide. We are a trusted name in the industry, dedicated to delivering a clean our clients can rely on. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Bilingual Sales & Logistics Coordinator (Home Service & Hospitality) to drive our sales growth and bridge the communication gap between our valued clients and our dedicated cleaning teams.
If you love the thrill of chasing leads, closing deals, and organizing chaos into a perfectly balanced schedule, this role is for you. This is a hybrid role where Sales and Communication is your primary focus (70%) and Administrative Logistics is your secondary focus (30%). You will be the voice of our company—turning cold inquiries into loyal customers and ensuring our operations run like clockwork.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth (Primary Focus)
- High-Volume Outbound Sales: Execute daily outbound phone campaigns to residential and commercial leads to pitch services and secure bookings
- Inbound Conversion: Field incoming calls, web inquiries, and leads, utilizing sharp closing skills to convert prospects into confirmed appointments
- Seamless Code-Switching: Fluent and instant switching between English and Spanish to assist diverse client demographics
- Relentless Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on open proposals, past clients, and stale leads to maximize revenue
- Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs (calls made, talk time, appointments booked, revenue generated)
Administration & Coordination (Secondary Focus)
- Precision Scheduling: Coordinate and calendar cleaning appointments across multiple time zones, aligning client requests with crew availability
- Bilingual Mediation: Serve as the crucial operational bridge, translating complex client requests from English into clear, actionable instructions for our Spanish-speaking cleaning crews
- CRM Management: Maintain a spotless Customer Management System (CMS), tracking the sales pipeline and updating client records accurately in real-time
- Executive Collaboration: Provide daily sales updates and operational feedback directly to the business owners
Requirements:
- Bilingual Fluency: Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
- Sales Grit: Proven track record in phone sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition (experience in home services/hospitality is a major plus)
- Tech-Savvy: Experience working within a CRM/CMS, Google Workspace, and digital scheduling software
- Stamina & Resilience: Comfortable spending 5–6 hours a day on the phone and handling standard sales objections with a positive attitude
- Reliable Home Office: High-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a dependable computer setup capable of handling VoIP calling
