Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement workflows and automations to support the sales organization's internal and external operations
  • Build and optimize landing pages for lead magnets, lead generation campaigns, and calendar booking funnels
  • Leverage AI-agnostic tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain marketing copy and digital assets with a human-in-the-loop review process before publication
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that drive revenue and reduce manual effort

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on marketing technology and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-converting landing pages and lead generation funnels
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to evaluate and adopt the most appropriate solution for each task
  • Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects

Scope:

  • Full-time engagement, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time
  • Support both internal workflow optimization and external marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all published content undergoes quality review before going live
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements using emerging AI tools
  • Align development efforts with the organization's sales goals and growth objectives
