Senior Outbound Outreach and Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

This is a pure outbound prospecting role focused on driving top-of-funnel sales activity. You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects, executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team. This is a high-performance, high-activity environment suited for someone who is resilient, systematic, and highly motivated by results and incentives.

Schedule:

  • Mon - Fri 8 am-5 pm PST

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outbound campaigns including cold calling, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Research, identify, and qualify target accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Build and maintain a clean and accurate CRM pipeline with detailed tracking of all outreach activity
  • Handle objections confidently, engage gatekeepers, and redirect conversations toward value-driven outcomes
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked
  • Continuously refine outreach messaging and strategies based on performance data

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and convert prospects quickly
  • Highly process-driven with the ability to follow structured outreach systems and SOPs
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and comfort handling rejection in a high-volume environment
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and stay performance-focused
