Job Description:
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing the company's social media presence from the ground up. You will develop content strategies, create engaging visual and video content, manage paid advertising campaigns, and drive audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
This role requires a highly proactive and creative marketer who can balance organic content creation with paid lead generation initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to develop messaging, build brand awareness, and generate inbound inquiries that support subscription growth and business development objectives.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create engaging visual content, graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials using Canva and AI-powered content creation tools
- Build brand awareness and audience engagement from newly established social media accounts
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
- Research industry trends and identify opportunities to increase audience engagement and reach
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels
- Maintain content calendars to support ongoing campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and interactions when required
- Ensure all content aligns with business objectives and platform-specific best practices
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Develop audience targeting strategies to maximize lead quality and campaign performance
- Monitor advertising budgets, performance metrics, and conversion data
- Continuously test and optimize creative assets, messaging, and campaign structures to improve results
- Generate qualified inbound leads that support subscription growth and platform adoption
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track key social media and advertising performance metrics
- Analyze engagement, reach, lead generation, and conversion data
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations for ongoing improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and advertising ROI
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital content creation
- Demonstrated success launching, growing, or managing new social media accounts
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, targeting, optimization, and reporting
- Proficiency with Canva and AI-powered content creation tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on lead generation and measurable growth
Preferred:
- Experience marketing SaaS, AI, technology, or subscription-based products
- Experience creating short-form video content for social platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Understanding of B2B lead generation strategies
