Job Overview:

Join us as a Sales Conversion Specialist (Foreign Exchange/Contract for Difference) and help us transform the Forex and CFD space by offering traders ultra-tight spreads and top-tier execution capabilities. In this role, your objective is to guide high-intent leads from signup to their very first trade—with absolutely no cold calling involved. Acting as a consultative markets expert, you will use high-energy communication and cutting-edge AI insights to simplify the onboarding journey. Schedule:

• 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week) [Must be available during peak hours catering to customers in Europe, UK, and Canada]

Responsibilities:

• The Conversion Sprint: Proactively manage the "Application-to-Traded" journey. Identify where a trader may be stalled (e.g., KYC, platform setup, or funding) and provide the support needed to move them forward
• Cutting Through the Noise: Operate effectively in a highly competitive market by delivering engaging, high-value interactions that capture and maintain attention
• Insight-Led Outreach: Move beyond scripts by leading with value. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) to quickly synthesize market updates and trading insights into concise, engaging content for opted-in leads
• High-Impact Communication: Engage leads through multiple channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, and calls) to guide them through the platform, features, and overall trading journey

Requirements:

• Sales-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated experience handling high volumes of inbound trading leads. This is a performance-focused role that seeks candidates who are highly motivated by meeting targets and achieving strong conversion results.

• FX Conversion Specialist: Professional experience in FX sales conversion or account management.

• Foreign Exchange & CFD Experience: Proven hands-on experience in foreign exchange (FX), contracts for difference (CFDs), brokerage sales, trading support, or a closely related financial markets role. Candidates should already have a solid understanding of the trading environment and not require foundational training.

• Financial Proficiency: Proven experience in commission-based or target-driven sales. Able to confidently explain fundamental FX and CFD concepts such as spreads, leverage, and market mechanics, with a strong interest in global macro trends.

• AI-Native: Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.

• Technical Fluency: Able to efficiently navigate CRM systems, messaging platforms, and trading environments
• Results-Driven Mindset: Motivated by outcomes, with a strong focus on conversion metrics and achieving funding milestones
• A Confident Communicator: You are a clear, persuasive, and energetic speaker, capable of engaging both beginner and experienced traders
