Overview

Our client is seeking an energetic, engaging, and highly skilled Online Elementary Teacher (Part-Time) to join their growing online school. This is more than a traditional teaching role. The ideal candidate is someone who can create an engaging and supportive virtual classroom where students feel motivated to learn, participate, and grow academically.

The successful candidate will primarily teach elementary-level subjects, with opportunities to support additional grade levels and subjects as the school expands. Candidates who enjoy curriculum development, adapting lessons to different learning styles, and creating interactive learning experiences are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live online classes for elementary students.
• Teach a variety of elementary-level subjects based on the school's needs.
• Create an engaging, interactive, and student-centered virtual classroom environment.
• Adapt existing curriculum and develop supplemental learning materials when appropriate.
• Modify lessons to accommodate different learning styles, abilities, and learning goals.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful, constructive feedback.
• Encourage student participation, confidence, and academic growth.
• Collaborate with school leadership to enhance curriculum and instructional materials.
• Support the school's continued growth by assisting with new programs and grade levels as needed.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience teaching elementary students in an online or traditional classroom.
• Experience creating or adapting curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Comfortable using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
• Experience teaching multiple elementary subjects is an advantage.
