Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Outbound Sales Coordinator to support outbound sales operations, lead management, and enterprise prospecting initiatives.
This role combines CRM management, outbound campaign coordination, lead tracking, and executive communication, making it ideal for someone who thrives in systems-driven sales environments and enjoys supporting high-value B2B sales processes.

A fast-growing robotics and workflow automation company helping enterprise operators modernize workforce operations across industries such as hospitality, cruise, airports, retail, ports, and commercial facilities. The business combines robotics deployment, technical operations, fleet management, and customer success to support large-scale enterprise clients.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client’s business hours (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & CRM Operations
- Manage and maintain lead lists, account records, and contact data within HubSpot CRM
- Organize, clean, and update prospect information across outbound campaigns
- Track lead status, campaign engagement, follow-ups, meeting outcomes, and next steps
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and organized sales records
- Update deal stages, notes, and follow-up activities consistently
- Outbound Campaign Support
- Support outbound sales campaigns using HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn, and related tools
- Upload and organize prospect lists within outbound systems
- Monitor campaign performance, including replies, bounced emails, and engagement metrics
- Coordinate LinkedIn outreach and follow-up sequences
- Ensure leads are routed correctly based on engagement, priority, and industry focus
- Meeting Coordination & Executive Communication
- Coordinate and confirm meetings with enterprise decision-makers and executives
- Send professional follow-up messages and reminders to prospects
- Assist with prospect research, meeting preparation, and account notes
- Ensure warm leads and active conversations continue moving through the pipeline
- Sales Systems & Reporting
- Operate and maintain the company’s outbound sales tech stack
- Support integrations, workflow organization, and campaign tracking processes
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and suggest improvements
- Assist with reporting on outbound activity, meetings booked, and pipeline progression
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Previous experience in SDR, lead generation, outbound sales, or sales support roles
- Strong experience using HubSpot CRM
- Familiarity with Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple systems and active prospect workflows simultaneously
- Professional communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong follow-up discipline and process-oriented mindset
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, robotics, technology, hospitality, aviation, facilities, or enterprise sales environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Notion, Slack, N8N, or Google Workspace
- Experience with account-based sales or enterprise outbound prospecting
- Ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for sales support and personalization
- Experience in maintaining clean CRM data and structured outbound workflows
